• 3rd Party Parts: Warranty policies of the respective manufacturers apply. No refunds on shipping. Parts and accessories non-returnable after 14 days. Incompatible purchases are customer responsibility.
• SxS Network Clothing: Claims for defective/damaged/misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims for lost packages within 30 days of estimated delivery date. SxS Network covers claims deemed their error.
General Return Information:

• Email notification sent upon receiving returns.
• Wrong Address: Customer liable for reshipment cost after address confirmation.
• Unclaimed Packages: Customer liable for reshipment cost.
• Sealed Goods: Face masks and similar items not returnable due to hygiene reasons. Returned items will be disposed of.
