Description

A Prop Shaft as Tough as Your Defender
We know you
like to get down and dirty in your Defender. You’ve taken your machine through
everything imaginable, from trails and creeks to swamps and mud holes. Now
your OEM prop shaft is busted and it’s time to upgrade your UTV’s backbone.
Meet Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts from SuperATV—the prop shaft that’s stronger
and longer-lasting. They come paired with U-series U-joints that wear less and
run smoother than OEM U-joints, or you can choose oversized CV joints built to
last. If you’re looking for a replacement, Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts will
drive your Can-Am Defender through tougher terrain than an OEM shaft ever
could.

Superior Construction
We built
Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts with .120” tube walls and a 1.75” diameter tube.
That’s bigger and thicker than your OEM prop shaft. It’s also made of chromoly
steel alloy unlike your OEM carbon steel prop shaft. Plus they’re balanced and
phased for no vibration and no wobble. They won’t break like stock even when
you’re taking on creeks, rocks, mud, and hills. It’s built for the way you
ride.

U-Series U-Joints
The maximized
shaft beats OEM strength but we still need U-joints that beat out OEM
durability. The U-Series uses needle bearings, just like OEM, but are made
with a superior 4340 chromoly steel body. These beefy U-joints are sealed
tight to prevent wear and require no maintenance. That means that just by
installing them and riding, they’ll outlast your stock prop shaft by a country
mile. The U-series will keep your prop shaft in one piece and keep you rolling
through the worst of it.

Upgrade to C-Series

Upgrade your Defender with our C-Series prop shafts. We use oversized
CV joints with a chomoly cage, spider, and cup for impressively durable
operation. The tough boot seals out water and dust, reducing wear and tear
over time. The CV joint ensures there are no balance issues or wobble, giving
you a smooth ride.

Use with Our Cast or Billet Aluminum
Carrier Bearings

Our Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts are
compatible with SuperATV Carrier Bearings only. That’s great news for you,
because our carrier bearings are the best you can get. Our greaseable, self-
aligning bearing and innovative two-piece design make installation and
maintenance a breeze.

When it comes to materials, we’ve got a
carrier bearing for every rider. Our A380 cast aluminum option is long-
lasting, reliable, and stronger than stock. And for riders who want max
performance, there’s our 6061 billet aluminum carrier bearing. This 100%
American-made billet carrier is CNC machined, making it stronger than cast and
perfect for pushing limits.
