Description

Top of the Industry—GDP Portals
Transform your Polaris
RZR XP into a trailblazing beast with the SuperATV GDP 6” Portal Gear Lift.
It’ll lift your ride and give you all the power you need to conquer the
trails. These portals are customizable to suit every rider’s preferences. Pick
a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction, choose your housing material, and if you
get wild, go all out with dual idler gears for unbeatable strength. It’s your
ride—do it your way!

What Is a Dual Idler?
Perfection takes time. After years of research and development, we’ve made our
dual idler gear portals unlike any other. By placing a second idler gear in
the portal box, the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more
reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler
gears don’t do a thing if they’re not mated perfectly, though. Precision CNC
grinding ensures ours do. Our gears are made from the industry’s toughest 9310
steel alloy. Didn’t think dual idlers mattered? With GDP’s quality and
experience, they finally do.

Get a Gear Reduction to Match
Your Style

Adventure can take you anywhere, and GDP is all about
wild rides. Whether you’re climbing mountains or exploring muddy trails, GDP
Portal Gear Lifts will make you do it better. For faster rides with plenty of
power, choose the 30% reduction. If you’re into rock crawling or rough
terrain, go for the 45% reduction. And if you’re building the ultimate mud
machine with massive tires, the 60% gear reduction is the way to go. Don’t
forget to boost your strength with dual idler gears to make your monster ride
stand out.

GDP’s Gear Reduction Reduces Drivetrain
Wear

Portal gear lifts put the gear reduction directly in the
hub, which gives you a huge advantage. This means your axles, differential,
prop shaft, and transmission all benefit from it, so they’ll wear less and
last longer than stock.

Smartly Designed, Trail-Proven
Strength

At SuperATV, we don’t compromise. Our portal gear lifts
are built to be the toughest out there, from strong gears to your choice of
billet or cast aluminum housings and advanced steel backing plates. When it
comes to ultimate strength, our RZR XP portals have got you covered.

  • Our housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil
    flow
  • Advanced steel alloy backing plates are stronger than
    chromoly
  • Enhance with Portal Blood—gear oil formulated for GDP
    Portals
  • There are no gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm
than good—we know because we tested them

Advanced
Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings

Our portals use:

  • Advanced
Gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration
    rates
  • A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
  • 100%
sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks
  • Double-
angular contact output bearings to prevent premature wear
  • Roller
idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing
