SxS Network Shipping Policy

At SxS Network, we know you want to get back on the trail as fast as possible. We work to process and ship your performance parts with speed and precision from our Colorado headquarters.

🚚 Free Standard Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all parts and accessories within the contiguous United States. Whether you’re grabbing a single quart of AMSOIL or a full set of lights, the price you see is the price you pay at checkout.

Oversized & Heavy Freight While most of our catalog ships free, high-weight and oversized items—specifically Roll Cages, Chassis, and specific Heavy Fabrication parts—require specialized LTL Freight handling.

Freight Bumps: Some heavy items have a flat-rate freight surcharge already included.
Billed Separately: For certain custom cages or oversized shipments, freight may be calculated and billed via a separate invoice after the order is placed. Look for the Bold Red Disclaimer on specific product pages for these exceptions.

⏱️ Processing & Handling Times

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (MST)
Handling Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Note: Custom-built items or specialized suspension components may require additional lead time.

📦 Transit Times

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), typical transit times are as follows:

Contiguous US: 3–5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: If selected at checkout, transit times will be 1–2 business days.

📍 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parts leave our facility, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us at mail@sxsnetwork.com for a custom shipping quote.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for large or heavy items (axles, tires, etc.).
