At SxS Network, we know you want to get back on the trail as fast as possible. We process and ship your performance parts with speed and precision from our Colorado headquarters and trusted vendor warehouses nationwide.
🚚 Free Shipping by Brand
We partner with performance brands across the SxS industry, and each brand sets its own free-shipping threshold. Every rate is calculated and shown at checkout — most orders qualify for free shipping.

Mixed-brand carts: Each brand's shipping is calculated independently. For example, a $160 SuperATV part in your cart qualifies for free shipping on its own, but a $75 Baja Designs item in the same cart will still carry its own calculated shipping rate. Thresholds are not combined across brands.
📦 Oversized & Heavy Freight
Heavy Freight Windshields — $80–$95 Flat Rate
Full-glass windshields from BentMetal Offroad ship via heavy freight carrier due to size and fragility. This flat rate is calculated and charged at checkout like any other shipping rate.
Custom Roll Cages & Chassis — Freight Billed Separately
Roll cages and chassis (VooDoo Cages and select heavy fabrication items) are built to order. Expected build time is 3–4 weeks before the item ships.
Because freight rates vary by destination, carrier availability, and crate size, freight is not charged at checkout. We quote freight after your cage is built and ready to ship, and we will contact you by phone or email with the final freight cost for your approval before shipment. You will receive a separate invoice for the freight charge.
Product pages for these items are clearly marked with a bold orange built-to-order freight disclaimer.
⏱️ Processing & Handling Times
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM MST
- Handling Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Custom-built items or specialized suspension components may require additional lead time.
🚀 Expedited Shipping
Need your parts faster? Expedited shipping is available on a case-by-case basis by vendor. Not every brand offers expedited, and when it is available, rates vary significantly by destination, weight, and carrier.
Here's how to request it:
- At checkout, add a note in the "Order Notes" field that says "Please expedite" or "Request expedited shipping."
- After you place the order, we will review with the relevant vendor(s) and contact you within 1 business day with an expedited shipping quote, or let you know if expedited isn't available for your selected products.
- If you approve the quote, we'll send a separate invoice for the expedited shipping charge. Once paid, your order moves to the front of the line.
- If expedited isn't available or you decide not to proceed, your order ships via standard shipping at no additional charge — nothing changes on your end.
Important: Requesting expedited shipping at checkout does not automatically charge you or guarantee expedited delivery. You will always receive a quote and approve the charge before any additional billing occurs.
📦 Transit Times
Once your order has been picked up by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), typical transit times are:
- Contiguous US (Standard): 3–5 business days
- Expedited (when approved): 1–2 business days
- Heavy Freight / LTL: 5–10 business days, appointment delivery
📍 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parts leave our facility or vendor warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website.
⚠️ Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States.
- For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us at mail@sxsnetwork.com for a custom shipping quote.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for large or heavy items (axles, tires, cages, etc.).
- Heavy freight items typically require a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock. If you are shipping to a residential address, please contact us in advance — additional residential/lift-gate fees may apply.
