SxS Network Return & Refund Policy

At SxS Network, we stand behind the performance parts we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you get the right gear for your rig.

⏱️ 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

🛠️ Important Industry Exceptions

Because of the nature of high-performance off-road components, please note the following:

  • Installation: Items that show signs of installation, "mocking up," or tool marks cannot be returned.

  • Electrical Components: To ensure the safety and reliability of our inventory, electrical parts (e.g., wiring harnesses, lights, electronic modules) are non-returnable once the factory seal is broken.

  • Custom/Special Orders: Products customized for your specific vehicle build are non-refundable.

📦 How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at mail@sxsnetwork.com.

  1. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

💰 Restocking Fees & Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent) or a verified manufacturing defect.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns on large or heavy items (e.g., portals, suspension kits, tires) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

💳 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
