Product Description
41in Replacement VHF Whip Antenna (PAIR) is a crucial component for most 1/2 wave antennas. Specifically, this whip can be cut-tuned for use on 141-176MHz, with a 44in whip recommended for frequencies below 141MHz. Designed as a replacement for VHF radios, this pair of 41in stainless antenna whips is also recommended for Dual band radios. A tuning chart is provided for aligning the whip to the gear's frequency. The whip is designed for quick restoration of communications performance in case of lost or damaged antennas. Note that a SWR Meter is essential for proper antenna tuning.
