Unbeatable Polycarbonate We use 1/4” polycarbonate
because it’s the strongest side-by-side windshield material you can get and
exactly what your machine needs. It’s 250 times stronger than glass and 25
times stronger than acrylic. That means it’s extremely resistant to cracking
or breaking.
XR Optic Hard Coating Our
proprietary XR Optic Hard Coating gives this windshield superior scratch and
UV resistance that you can’t get anywhere else. It’s coated on both sides so
that it won’t turn into a streaky mess when you blast through a chunky mud
hole or plow through some brush. With excellent UV resistance, your Defender
HD10 windshield won’t get sunspots and yellowing just from riding in the sun.
