start adding lifts, oversized tires, or portals, you need to reinforce your
frame so it doesn’t bend just because you’re having fun. Our Can-Am Defender
HD11 Frame Stiffener strengthens critical areas of the chassis and A-arm
mounting points to help prevent flex and deformation under heavy use.

Extra weight from
portals, lift kits, and larger tires can take a toll over time. By reinforcing
known stress points, this frame stiffener helps your Defender HD11 handle
demanding upgrades without compromising structural integrity. This frame
stiffener includes braces that reinforce and connect the upper and lower A-arm
mounts, making it stronger than any other stiffener on the market. Whether
you’re hauling gear or crawling through tough trails, your machine stays solid
and predictable.

Designed for Long-Term Durability

The Defender HD11 puts serious torque to the ground, so its frame
reinforcement needs to be up to the task. This stiffener is formed from 4.5 mm
thick steel for extreme strength. The included A-arm mount braces are gusseted
to make sure they can handle anything. A foam strip between the stiffener and
frame reduces rattling too. Plus, a durable powder-coat finish protects
