Strengthen your steering system with heavy-duty tie rods built to stay supported through rough terrain, full suspension travel, and repeated off-road use.
This tie rod kit fits all 2024 and newer Polaris Xpedition 64-inch models in both 2-door and 4-door configurations. It replaces the OEM inner tie rods and outer tie rod ends while retaining the factory steering rack. The result is a stronger, more serviceable steering setup that stays compatible with the surrounding suspension and steering components.

The tie rods are machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in a military specification black anodizing for lasting protection and a clean, purposeful look. Laser-engraved DRT Motorsports branding adds a finished detail without overdoing it. This complete system is designed to replace OEM inner tie rods P/N 7061322 and outer tie rod ends P/N 7061312-LH / 7061313-RH while keeping the factory steering rack in place. Included components called out in the draft include the billet tie rods, PTFE-lined chromoly rod ends, proprietary inner ball joints, 303 stainless misalignment spacers, and Class 10.9 hardware.
