This front grill insert helps shield the radiator and A/C condenser from small rocks and mud while keeping airflow moving through the front of the Polaris Xpedition. It is built to fit a trimmed OEM grill frame for a clean, integrated look that works with the factory layout. Fitment covers 2024+ Polaris Xpedition 2-door and 4-door models.

This insert is laser cut from 6061-T6 aluminum and powder coated in Semi-Gloss Black for a clean, durable finish. Installation requires trimming of the OEM grill frame, part number 5457228-040, before the insert is mounted using the factory studs. It is a practical upgrade for riders who want better protection for cooling components and a more finished front-end look without stepping away from OEM-compatible fitment.
