The Garmin Tread 2—Overland Edition gives you turn by turn directions
using U.S. Forest Service trail maps, OpenStreetMap, and others. You get
topographic and satellite views to choose your best route. And you can
subscribe to Outdoor Maps+ for premium features like burn zones, slope angles,
avalanche risk reports, and more.

Phone
Use the Tread app to connect your Garmin to your phone.
You can connect your GPS to cellular data, share routes, sync waypoints, and
even get live notifications about the weather.
