Technology These Honda Pioneer upper doors are made from PVC-
backed polyester that is resistant to punctures, abrasions, and mildew. Our
Pel-Tek technology makes them heavy duty and great for protection against the
elements and trail debris. How do we make them? All of the material is CNC cut
for a tight fit that won’t stretch over time. And for a clean and finished
look, we use a premium stitching technique that’s better than standard
hemming. We make installation a walk in the park—they attach to your machine
using Velcro and snaps. When trailering, you can use their cinch straps for
extra security.
Must-Have Clear Windows We use
double-polished vinyl to make our windows the clearest you've ever seen. And
they're UV-resistant, so they'll give you years of great visibility without
turning yellow or cracking.
Versatile Upper Doors When you never know what kind of weather to expect, having a set of
versatile doors is essential. Is the sun here to stay? Unzip and remove the
central portion of the door and leave it at home without removing the entire
cab enclosure. Or if the weather is warm and calling for isolated showers, you
can roll the window up, secure it with the flap, and snap it into place. And
when you want added protection from trail debris or the rain, our heavy-duty,
snag-free zipper will keep them securely shut.
