The DRT Motorsports Roof Rack Kit for the Polaris XPEDITION ADV 5 and XP5 is the ultimate solution for maximizing cargo space on your off-road adventures. Purpose-built to take full advantage of the XPEDITION's extended roofline, this premium roof rack provides the strength, utility, and performance DRT is known for. Engineered with attention to materials, finish, and construction, this modular roof rack delivers a lightweight yet rigid structure capable of handling anything you throw its way. The system features laser-cut, formed steel panels paired with CNC-machined and forged aluminum side connector plates for uncompromising durability. Each connector plate includes integrated tie-down points and DRT-branded machining for both form and function. The forward and rear crossbars are laser-cut, formed, and welded steel for maximum rigidity, while the center crossbars utilize extruded 6061-T6 aluminum with a premium sand-texture finish. The entire assembly mounts securely to the vehicle using billet aluminum brackets—precision-forged, post-machined, e-coated, and laser-engraved with the DRT logo—and ties directly into the XPEDITION’s OEM roof mounting points for a rock-solid fit.

All necessary hardware is included and features black-coated alloy steel or stainless steel, ensuring long-term performance and corrosion resistance.
