takes our General XP 1000 RackBoss 2.0 to the next level. It’s a dual-bushing
design that uses PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce movement in
the gearset and tension spring. The result is up to 50% less wear and tear on
the rack and tighter handling—no more shaky steering. Plus, it’s greaseable,
so you can keep it clean and lubricated.

Rods Our 1” diameter steel bar tie rods give your General XP
1000’s steering rack the strength it needs to go hard. Whether you’re hauling
big loads or navigating nasty washouts with massive tires, you can count on
them to hold strong. The rods are paired with beefy tie rod ends that have
3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. That’s serious strength for serious
riders.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods The swaged tube
tie rods are 1” in diameter, delivering impressive strength compared to OEM.
Each tie rod end uses beefy heim joints with 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod
threads for total reliability. Our swaged tube tie rods are designed to endure
the most abusive rides year after year.
