Your RZR was built to
take the road less traveled, but what about your rack and pinion? Most rack
and pinions break down after miles of rough riding, but not ours. SuperATV’s
Polaris RZR S 1000 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion is specifically designed to
never wear out thanks to our X24 technology. It’s a unique dual-bushing design
that reduces wear and tear by over 50%. When you wear out that OEM rack and
pinion—and you will wear it out—don’t replace it with the same parts. Upgrade
to a RackBoss 2.0 that can put up with your giant lift, big tires, and other
heavy-duty upgrades without ruining your steering.
Dual-
Bushings for Durability
Our X24 technology is built for the way
you ride. The durable PTFE bushings on both ends reduce unnecessary movement
from internal gears and springs. There’s a built-in grease fitting too, so you
can easily flush out the crud if you regularly bury your rig in the slop.
Altogether, X24 tech reduces wear by over 50%. That means your rack and pinion
will last longer no matter how you abuse your machine.

Steel Bar Z-Bend Tie Rods
We didn’t skip a single detail with
RackBoss 2.0—that’s why we include hardcore tie rods. Our Z-bend tie rods are
a full 1” in diameter and made from solid steel. The tie rod ends are durable
heim joints with 16 mm rack threads on one side and 3/4” rod threads on the
other. The Z-bend is enforced with custom gussets for improved strength and
performance. Put it all together and you’ve got a virtually indestructible tie
rod.
