GDP Portals Give Your RZR Trail 900 Unbeatable Performance
GDP Portals are all about giving you the highest quality portals on the market that are a custom fit for your ride style. So boost your power and performance with a SuperATV GDP 6” Portal Gear Lift for your Polaris RZR Trail 900. You’ll get extra clearance, room for bigger tires, and a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction. Plus, you can take your strength and durability over the top by opting for dual idlers. It’ll take your Trail 900 to the next level.
What is a Dual Idler®?
Perfection takes time. After years of research and development, we’ve made our dual idler gear RZR Trail 900 portals unlike any other. By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler gears don’t do a thing if they’re not mated perfectly, though. Precision CNC grinding ensures ours do. Our gears are made from the industry’s toughest 9310 steel alloy. Didn’t think dual idlers mattered? With GDP’s quality and experience, they finally do.
However You Ride, GDP Makes it Better
Never stop riding. That’s at the core of what GDP is. So whether your next adventure takes you to the dunes or some backwoods trail, there’s a GDP Portal Gear Lift for you. Get a smaller 30% reduction for faster rides that still pack plenty of torque. Bigger tires for rocks or rough rides require a bigger gear reduction—like 45%. Build the mother of all mudders with a 60% gear reduction. Then take your strength over the top with dual idler gears. Portals give you your torque back so your monster build can still rip harder than the rest.
Get Less Drivetrain Wear than Stock
We love that portal gear lifts put the gear reduction directly in the hub. This leads to less stress on your machine’s most vital parts, even through rough riding. Your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission will thank you—and they’ll last longer, too.
GDP Gives You Next-Level Strength
Without the strength you need, every ride will end short. That’s why GDP portals are the strongest portals on the planet. Our cast and billet aluminum housings are the thickest and strongest you can get. Combine that with 5/16” backing plates made from an advanced steel alloy, and our GDP Portals are built to take on the worst your RZR Trail 900 can dish out.
Our housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow
Advanced steel alloy backing plates are stronger than chromoly
Enhance with Portal Blood—gear oil formulated for GDP Portals
There are no gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm than good—we know because we tested them
