2018-2023 RZR XP1000 / XP 1000 2.5" E-valve Captain's Choice Side Dump Exhaust
Transform that stock sounding RZR XP 1000 into a mean beast and let that motor SING at the push of a button with this 2.5" RPM-SxS E-Valve Exhaust! Not only will it sound great, but you're going to pick up 3+HP on a stock machine. 2.5"'s of free flowing mandrel bent, polished stainless steel all the way back to your stock muffler ( will also bolt to aftermarket mufflers!) The 2.5" E-Valve gives you the option to run a stock muffler, and at the flip of a switch you unleash extra horsepower, 250+ more RPM's, and a deep sporty exhaust tone! Switch it back closed and you have a quite stock sounding machine! Unlike some, our dump valve system has a smooth transition from the mid pipe to the valve allowing for the smoothest and free flowing dump valve exhaust on the market. As it passes the valve the exhaust gasses will flow out our signature & beautiful fish tail tip! Our wiring harness is plug and play & usual RPM-SxS has assembled the most complete exhaust system out by including an upgraded exhaust gasket, manifold gasket, & new stainless hardware. In addition to a new gaskets. Loctite for all hardware & heat shields, & zip ties to secure your wiring harness are all included.

*2015-2017 model XP1K's use a spring hook to muffler design. You CAN attach the spring hook to the RPM Mid Pipe. The Difference between the fitment years is 15-17 Models use spring hooks to secure the mid pipe and muffler together & 2018-2023 models use a spring loaded bolt to secure the mid pipe & muffler together. You can also update the 2015-2017 models to a 2018-2023 RPM Muffler & Mid pipe.
