Maverick R Turbo To Intercooler Charge Tube
5Ply Wire Reinforced silicone upgrade tubes are a must have upgrade for tuned and high powered machines. This complete kit replaces the factory unstable charge tubes with RPM's industry leading, durable silicone that is heat & burst resistant. This heavy duty 5Ply silicone hose construction boasts a wire reinforced construction, essentially lining the 2nd layer with wire before continuing with the 3 remaining layers of construction. This makes the tubes nearly impossible to expand and burst in any conditions or power levels. While creating smooth interior transitions we have created an easy bullet proof installation all while creating a smooth path of air flow. The smooth free flowing design reduces turbulence while increasing airflow efficiency resulting in the performance you demand from your machine.
Maverick R BOV Charge Tube WITH BOV
This tube takes only 15 minutes to install. All you have to do is swap your primary charge tube for the new RPM 5 PLY Wire Reinforced silicone unit, plug in the new boost/vacuum nipple, and attach your blow off valve or cap the port with our supplied billet plug! This tube locates your BOV behind the factory, easy to access intercooler. As you can see from the pictures, the BOV port in this location is shielded from mud and debris. This tube is a heavy-duty 5Ply silicone tube that boasts a wire reinforced construction, essentially lining the 2nd layer with HD wire before continuing with the 3 remaining layers of construction. This makes the tube close to impossible to expand or burst under any conditions or power / boost levels.
The Maverick R obviously has no provisions for a blow off valve or diverter valve on the stock turbo system, so if you want to install a blow off valve on the Maverick R, there is no place for it! However, with our silicone blow off valve hose that is solved! The kit is designed to connect to the throttle body side of your turbo and the intercooler. This silicone tube allows you to install our blow off valve directly to it. Its smooth design helps eliminate any turbulence. For Vacuum, we include a billet port with to connect to the factory intake manifold, POST throttle body, which gives the perfect spot for boost reference.
Maverick R Airbox To Turbo Intake Tube
RPM has yet again outdone themselves with this Heavy-duty 5Ply silicone intake tube that boasts a wire reinforced construction, essentially lining the 2nd layer with HD wire before continuing with the 3 remaining layers of construction. This makes the tube essentially impossible to collapse in on itself in any conditions or power levels. Making this intake tube even more unique are its interior raised transitions that allow the transition from airbox to the tubes interior smooth and seamless creating an easy bullet proof installation as well as creating a smooth path of air flow. This intake tube includes a replacement Oetiker ear clamp for reinstallation of your factory crank case breather or RPM SxS Maverick R Catch Can.
Maverick R BIG FATTY Airbox To Bed Intake Tube With Debris Cage & Pre Filter
The RPM BIG FATTY Intake tube for the Maverick R is unlike any other and has like previous models, paved the way for the industry. This intake does not only lead with durability but its constitution itself is just simply art. The retained use of the OEM Donaldson air filter in the factory air box is absolutely the most important factor in keeping these engines alive with adequate filtration. No filter will separate dirt particles as well as a Donaldson OEM air filter and we knew that abandoning the factory air box would only cause future issues so retaining the factory air box was crucial to our design.
