This Speed UTV Brushless Fan Upgrade kit simply works harder for less. Less overall amperage draw, less amperage spikes, less strain on the charging system, more CFM across the radiator and cooler operating temps. These brushless fans draw more air than the OEM fan while simply working the charging system less. Mounting is straightforward and acts as a drop in unit on all Speed UTVs. No wiring, No cutting, Simply remove the stock units, and bolt these in place.
There are a lot of variables that go into the amperage draw and CFM. Tested at 13.5v, the factory fans starting amps are 10.2 amps and runs at 8.5. The RPM fan, with 13.5v, operates at 6.9-7 and has a softer start, eliminating amperage spikes. For testing CFM, it’s impossible to test the whole unit as one as the fans are programmed to come on at different times. in addition to this, there are a multitude of ways to test the CFM. How we test ours and what we know is that the RPM Brushless fans pull 1245 CFM where stock tests at around 760CFM per fan, tested in sections of 3. This is a total of 1450+ CFM MORE than factory while using less amperage draw.
