with Our Dual-Bushing Design The secret sauce behind RackBoss
2.0’s unbeatable durability is our unique X24 Tech. It puts heavy-duty PTFE
bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce internal play and keep the tension
spring nearly motionless. That makes it easy to run massive tires on huge
lifts across the most treacherous terrain without wrecking your rack. Plus,
the built-in grease fitting makes it easy to keep everything running smooth.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods Our swaged tube tie rods
are lightweight but tough. Their signature flare-out design boosts their
strength beyond what the 7/8” diameter tubing could achieve otherwise. They’re
made even tougher with our beefed-up tie rod ends. Our heim joint outer tie
rod ends use 3/4” rod threads, and our rebuildable inner ball and sockets use
3/4” rod threads along with 16 mm rack threads. They’re as tough as they come.
Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods For a beefy tie rod
setup, you want to go with solid steel bar tie rods. They’re made with 1”
diameter steel bars that are paired with bigger, better tie rods you’ll
love—3/4” outer heim joint tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use
3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. Altogether, they’re built for hard
hits, big tires, and wild rides.
